Our products are not:

By purchasing, you confirm that:
- you are acting as a researcher, laboratory, or qualified entity
- products will only be used in lawful, controlled research environments

APEX Biolabs Limited does not provide dosage guidance, usage instructions, or medical advice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time.
Where a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Delivery
Shipping terms are outlined in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
APEX Biolabs Limited is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier services
- customs or border checks
- regulatory actions
- events outside our control
7. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods remains with APEX Biolabs Limited until full payment has cleared.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to:
- the address provided at checkout
- a designated safe place
- a neighbour or authorised recipient
Once marked as delivered the responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations. Any parcels confiscated by customs cannot be refunded.
8. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If a parcel is delayed or missing, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
If a replacement or refund is provided and the original parcel later arrives, you must either:
- return the duplicate goods, or
- arrange payment for them
For parcels marked as delivered but reported stolen, we may request supporting evidence such as a police report before proceeding.
9. Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment disputes, APEX Biolabs Limited reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence (including order details, tracking, and correspondence) to the payment provider.
Where goods have been confirmed delivered and no valid supporting evidence is provided, we reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.
10. Returns Policy
Due to the specialist nature of research products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered where items are confirmed as faulty, damaged upon delivery, or officially deemed lost by the courier.
Orders returned due to incorrect delivery information, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional administrative and reshipping charges.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX Biolabs Limited shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profits or business opportunity
- misuse or improper handling of products

Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- rights protected under UK consumer law
